At Metro Taxi, we aim to provide seamless and reliable bike taxi and parcel delivery services. We understand that plans can change, so we have outlined our cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and service providers.
Before Ride Start: Customers can cancel a booking before the driver has reached the pickup location.
Cancellation Fee: No fee will be charged if canceled within 5 minutes of booking.
After Driver Arrival: If the driver has reached the pickup location and waited for more than 2 minutes, a cancellation fee will be applicable.
If the driver cancels the ride for any reason, the customer will be notified immediately, and a replacement driver will be arranged at no additional cost. In case of unavoidable delays, customers can opt to cancel without any charges.
Before Pickup: Customers can cancel their parcel booking before the driver arrives at the pickup location.
Cancellation Fee: If the driver has not started the trip, there will be no cancellation fee.
After Pickup: Cancellation after the parcel has been picked up is not permitted. Customers can contact customer support for assistance with changes or issues.
In the rare event that a driver cancels the delivery, a replacement will be arranged promptly. If a replacement is not available, the customer will be refunded in full.
Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cancellation fees (if any) will be deducted before the refund is processed.
Bike Taxi: If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location within 2 minutes, the ride will be marked as canceled.
Parcel Delivery: If the sender is not available at the pickup location at the scheduled time, the delivery will be canceled, and a fee may apply.
